Founded by ABHAY SHARAN: Actor,
Director, Life Skill Coach and Corporate Leader
with 23+ years blends creative excellence and
corporate acumen. With rich background in
theatre, arts and leadership Abhay drives
Rangmanch’s mission to inspire, educate and
create impactful narratives.
Actor, Director & Facilitator:
Trained in Proscenium Theatre, Improv Theatre,
Forum Theatre, Applied Intimate Theatre,
Oppressed Theatre and Playback Theatre.
Corporate Experience: More than
a decade of diverse senior leadership roles in
large corporates, blending business acumen with
creative pursuits.
Educational Contributions:
Guest faculty at NIFT, IIT, Indian Law School
(IFIM), Christ University, Pearl Fashion Academy
to name a few.
Theatre Expertise: Directed and
staged award-winning plays, collaborated with
eminent theatre artists and curated
national-level festivals.
