Founded by Abhay Sharan, Rangmanch thrives on the philosophy of “Let’s Learn, Act & Perform”. With over 23 years of expertise, we bring together diverse art forms and cultural expressions to create impactful experential learning experiences.
Meet your Mentor 
Founded by ABHAY SHARAN: Actor, Director, Life Skill Coach and Corporate Leader with 23+ years blends creative excellence and corporate acumen. With rich background in theatre, arts and leadership Abhay drives Rangmanch’s mission to inspire, educate and create impactful narratives.
Actor, Director & Facilitator: Trained in Proscenium Theatre, Improv Theatre, Forum Theatre, Applied Intimate Theatre, Oppressed Theatre and Playback Theatre.
Corporate Experience: More than a decade of diverse senior leadership roles in large corporates, blending business acumen with creative pursuits.
Educational Contributions: Guest faculty at NIFT, IIT, Indian Law School (IFIM), Christ University, Pearl Fashion Academy to name a few.
Theatre Expertise: Directed and staged award-winning plays, collaborated with eminent theatre artists and curated national-level festivals.
Education & Training: BA Hons in Economics, MBA in Management, Master’s in Humanities, Certified in NLP, Leadership training from BWW (USA).
Television, Film & Stage: An accomplished professional deeply Ingrained in the Landscape of Indian Television, Film Feternity and the Ad Film Industry, with significant footprint across leading National and International Brand. Recognised for consistently delivering high quality workshops and impactful shows across diverse platforms.
